I was just going to post this on Facebook, but then I didn't want to freak out all of my friends who don't have kids yet/are afraid to talk about poop. If you're one of those, you came here willingly, so I won't show you the same mercy. Enter at your own risk, if you will.
Today, during lunch, Claire tells me she has to use the potty.
We're sitting there. Me on the big potty (lid closed, people) and her on the kiddo potty. She goes No. 1 -- NBD, we do that every day. But then, she got that look on her face and the grunting started and I knew she was about to go No. 2 on the potty for the first time EVER.
After she was done, she got up, looked down and said "Wow." She got down on her knees for a closer look and another "Woooow."
Wow, indeed, my dear.
